Return Policy

We offer exchanges or credit notes on full-priced, unworn items that are lodged within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original packaging and free from damage.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

Please note, exchanges are subject to stock availability. Exchanges and credit notes are issued for the cost of the item only - you will not be refunded for shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item in question does not meet our standards.

All returns are made at the customer’s own expense. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not exchange or credit items damaged due to general wear and tear, or incorrect use.

How to make a return or exchange:

  • Email us at within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know the item you wish to return.
  • We will send you an email confirmation with our return address and details for returning your item.
  • Return the item within 7 days of receiving the email confirmation. All returns must be delivered by a delivery service that has tracking capabilities and requires a signature upon delivery.
  • Once we have received your return, we will process your exchange or credit note.
  • If you believe your item is faulty, please return it to us for assessment. Firstly, we will endeavour to replace the faulty item. Failing this, we will refund you the original amount.
